The leadership roles are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the egg production process.  From ensuring the health and productivity of the flock through to overseeing staff and maintaining high-quality egg production standards, the roles are all about leadership and accountability.

The workplace culture and operational excellence are informed strongly by the people management skills of those in these leadership roles, which can have a big impact on the farm staff morale.

Responsibility for the farm financial management, record-keeping and continuous improvement is also part of the job, so confidence in business management and reporting is required.
