“I absolutely love my job. One of my favourite roles is looking after these girls at their most vulnerable stage, as day old chicks.  I did an apprenticeship in Agriculture which allowed me to learn, get a certificate under my belt, but also allowed me to do what I love and be outdoors with animals which has been a passion I have always wanted to pursue. The great thing about this industry is that it allows you to grow and there is always an opportunity to better yourself. I have been approached by management to undergo a Cert IV in Leadership Management which will allow me to better myself and upskill hopefully to a more senior position within the company.  It’s a great job, work life balance, great hours, I couldn’t recommend it more”
