Safety and efficacy considerations

  • Will be a chloride or chlorite compound.
  • May also contain potassium hydroxide.
  • Poisonous if swallowed.
  • Will irritate eyes, nose, throat, and skin.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing.
  • Do not inhale vapour.
  • May be used as an egg wash but practical application may be limited.
