11 Easy Christmas Desserts That Will Spread Joy This Season

11 Easy Christmas Desserts That Will Spread Joy This Season

Christmas: A time for laughs, indulgence, and great food.

During these times we reminisce about childhood, with a nostalgic eye on the “good old days”. As the New Year draws near we cast another eye to the future; full of exciting visions of what the next year might bring.

Christmas desserts tend to bring out the most feelings of nostalgia within us. Dinner is memorable, but dessert is an absolute indulgence, something that everyone at the table makes room for. (Even after they devoured two plates of ham.) Desserts tend to be the highlight of the night, and everyone remembers who made them.

So we came up with a list of desserts centred around that overall Christmas feeling. With one longing eye to the past and one hopeful one set on the future, these desserts are the perfect combination of retro-modern wonder.

Let’s dig in!
