From coast to coast, Australian Eggs is front and centre at The Good Food & Wine Show, reaching engaged foodies and highlighting the versatility of eggs through top culinary talent.

Australian Eggs wanted to introduce more face-to-face activations to broaden our reach in an increasingly digital world.

The Good Food & Wine Shows each offer 3 days of memorable, in person interactions that allow for recipe tastings and real time conversations.​

In 2025, Aus Eggs traveled around the country, starting in Sydney in June then over to Brisbane in October.

Throughout the tour expert chefs like Jane de Graaff and George Georgievski crafted recipes that showcased eggs as both a staple and a gourmet ingredient, underscoring the important role eggs play in the Australian kitchen.

While our primary efforts sought to uncover new audiences across Australia, we also launched digital giveaway campaigns to nurture our existing supporters. Winners received free entry for themselves and a guest to an upcoming Good Food & Wine Show in their city.

This year we also added the 'Crack Me if You Can' Quiz to the program, putting the audience to the test and giving them the opportunity to showcase their newfound eggs knowledge.
